Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if the product meets the following conditions:
The product is unused and in its original condition.
The product is returned in the original packaging.
The item is not damaged or altered after delivery.
Due to hygiene reasons, opened or used perfumes cannot be returned unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items

Used perfumes
Opened fragrance bottles
Products without original packaging
Gift items
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).
